The saga of Rush Limbaugh attempting to become a minority NFL owner has garnered a lot of media attention. Thankfully most of it has been critical of Rush, as it should be.

In this clip ESPN's Mike Wilbon refuses to take back or apologize for any of his blunt criticism of Rush. (H/t Crooks and Liars.) Often pundits tend to backtrack or attempt to soften what they have said when confronted by a talk show host, but not so with Wilbon.

He stands his ground and stands by every single word he has said about Rush.

While his ratings are huge, he reportedly has lost almost 50% of the advertisers on his show, who increasingly want to distance themselves from someone so filled with anger and delusion.

Michael Moore has his detractors on both sides of the political spectrum, but I believe history will show him to be ahead of his time.

He was right about the automobile industry being in a mess.

He was right about the Iraq war being a total sham based on lies.

He was right about how screwed up America's healthcare system.

And here he is, right yet again, on how the newspaper industry slit its own throat.

Check out this video of Edward Kimmel, who had the huge stones to carry a pro-public option sign in the middle of the teabaggers 9/12 march.

Two things: 1) hats off to Kimmel; 2) can the progressive left not come up with a million person march to show the country and the world where the sane people in America stand on this issue?

We should be ashamed of ourselves that he had to do that all by himself.
